VIURA, TEMPRANILLO Y GARNACHA
After pressing of de-stemmed grapes and racking , the wine makes a slow fermentation at low temperature to extract the full potential .
Color: light yellow with green touches , clean and bright reflection.
Nose: you can perceive tropical and stone fruits : papaya , pineapple and apricot subtly . There are intense and persistent aromas of warm character . Air peaches and apricots intensify.
Mouth: fresh , with moderate , voluminous and gentle acidity. Highlight shades of apricot and plum. The average pace is strong and velvety leading to a persistent , intense and palatable aftertaste.
Note: Complex wine from well- ripened grapes recommended compensate maturity with a low temperature around 5-6 °.
