After de-stemming the grapes, fermentation takes in stainless steel tanks for 8 days , the maximum temperature reached 25 ° C. Then , during the stage of maceration , which lasted 10 days, the temperature dropped to 20 ° C allowing maximum extraction of the full potential of the fruit, and the development of a rapid malolactic fermentation after racking . After the winter rest , just interrupted by keying racking the wine was bottled.
We produce around 50,000 bottles in a year.
Color: It comes clean and bright , with average high layer and red tone.
Nose: At the first moment the floral nuance stands out with a strong intensity taking steps to sweetish red fruit.
Mouth: on first impression it´s fresh, floral and remember the time of fermentation. After it is soft but at the same time intense wine with flavors of ripe red fruits.
Note: This wine is recommended to take between 12 and 15º C. It is ideal as an aperitif before meals and perfectly accompanies meats and stews weight .
