Every year are selected the best grapes over 65 years old. It is stemming, maceration and fermentation in oak barrels . It is aging in a oak and the best fruit contributed in the process. After his natural stabilization , it is rounded in the bottle until you are ready for your enjoyment.
This product is produced about 5,000 bottles a year . It´s bery exclusive.
Color: It comes clean and bright , with average high layer and ruby red tones.
Nose: This wine is powerful, with a significant presence of vanilla , which give way to cocoa, snuff , coffee , jams and some curious minty notes.
Mouth: The wine is intense. Mocha and vanilla highlights before moving to jams overripe .
Note: this wine is recommended to take between 15 and 17 ° C and requires a willingness to take intense wines.
